How can we request a physical rice sample for cooking tests?
We provide free 500g to 1kg physical sample pouches for testing. Importers only need to cover the DHL/FedEx courier shipping charges or provide their import carrier account number. Samples are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
What is Gurukripa Parboiling's Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard export Minimum Order Quantity is one 20ft FCL (Full Container Load), which typically holds between 20 to 27 Metric Tonnes of rice, depending on the chosen packaging configuration (e.g. 1kg pouches vs 50kg PP bags).
Do you support OEM / Private Label printing for retail brands?
Yes. We offer complete custom branding services. We can print your corporate graphics, brand name, and local barcode information directly onto BOPP Laminated bags, PP Woven bags, Jute bags, or Stand-Up Zipper Pouches. Plate layout charges apply for initial setups.
What payment terms do you accept for international shipments?
For new buyers, our standard payment terms are either 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight from a prime international bank, or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a 30% advance deposit and the remaining 70% against document scans (CAD/DP) or shipping draft confirmation.
